TERMS OF THE FUNNYCASE GIFT CARD

I. General Provisions

§ 1

In these regulations of the FunnyCase gift card, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", the following terms should be placed:

a. Publisher - FunnyCase based in Bochnia, ul. Kościuszki 7, 32-700 Bochnia, NIP 868-171-73-92, REGON 852703199,

b. Gift Card - an electronic gift voucher in the form of a plastic card, entitling the User to redeem it on the Publisher's website. The Gift Card is not an electronic payment instrument, electronic money instrument or payment card,

c. Customer - the person who purchases the Gift Card,

d. User - each holder of a Gift Card,

e. Store - an online store located on the website www.funnycase.pl and its subpages,

g. Denomination of the Card - the value of topping up the Gift Card.

§ 2

1. The Regulations specify the conditions for issuing and using the Gift Card.

2. The regulations are available:

a. at the Publisher's office;

b. on the website. funnycase.pl/kartapodarunkowa.

II. Issuing a Gift Card

§ 3

1. The Gift Card is delivered to the Customer by post.

2. The condition for issuing a Gift Card to a Customer is its purchase by the Customer on the Publisher's website.

§ 4

1. The Gift Card can be used on the publisher's website immediately after the Customer receives the Card.

2. The Gift Card is valid for three months from the day of issue.

3. The Publisher may carry out and cancel promotional campaigns, consisting in particular of issuing Gift Cards with a validity period other than that specified in paragraph 2 of this paragraph. This does not affect the expiry date of previously issued Gift Cards.

III. Rules for using the Gift Card .

§ 5

1. The Card's denomination is a prepayment for future purchases made by the User on the publisher's website.

2. The Gift Card entitles its User to pay for goods offered in the Publisher's online store.

3. In the Store, the User completes the Gift Card by entering the code from the Gift Card in the appropriate field before placing the order.

4. The User may use the Gift Card once by selecting the number of cases that appear on the gift card.

§ 6

1. The publisher will refuse to redeem the Gift Card in the case of:

a. if the presented Gift Card is not authentic;

b. the Gift Card expires.

2. In the event of a permanent lack of technical possibilities to implement the Gift Card, the Publisher will pay the User the amount corresponding to the current value of the Gift Card.

IV. Return of goods

§ 7

1. Goods purchased in the Store using a Gift Card shall be returned on the general principles provided for by law.

V. Liability and complaints regarding the Gift Card

§ 8

1. Complaints regarding the issue and use of the Gift Card may be submitted directly at the headquarters of the Publisher or by post to the address of the headquarters of the Publisher indicated in § 1 lit. a, with the note "Gift Card - complaint" or by e-mail to the following address: [email protected].

2. The complaint should include the contact details of the person submitting the complaint, enabling the answer, and a description of the event underlying the complaint.

3. The publisher will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.
