Return or exchange

Return or exchange of goods is possible only in certain cases in accordance with our Store Regulations. We offer goods individually designed for the customer and ready designs to choose from on our website. In the case of own designs, each project is made to the individual customer's order, and therefore is a good prefabricated, which will not be used in subsequent sales. Therefore, it is not possible to exercise the right to a refund or exchange of the purchased product. The relevant provision of the regulations says that "The customer cannot return the goods if the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, printed according to the customer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs."

In accordance with art. 38 section 3 of the Act on Consumer Rights, this is a situation that prevents the consumer from exercising the right to withdraw from a distance contract. When ordering a ready case, the customer has the option of returning the goods in accordance with the provisions of Polish consumer law.

If you order one case without printing and one individually designed, you can return or exchange only the unprinted case.
