PRIVACY POLICY


1. The Store uses the information that the Customer provides in the registration form or by placing an order, for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded between the Parties.

2. This privacy policy specifies in particular:

a) what information can the Store collect from customers,

b) where the information collected by the Store is stored,

c) how the Store may use information collected about the Customer,

d) to whom the Store may transfer collected information,

e) rules for the use of cookies.

3. The administrator of Customers' Personal Data is the store www.funnycase.pl operating under the company Lock-Tel Jan Wydro based in Bochnia (ul. 4. Providing personal data by customers is voluntary.

5. The Store may collect:

a) information entered in forms on the Store's website. They may include data entered during registration, in particular: name, surname, address, contact details (email, telephone, fax) as well as data related to business operations such as: company, registered office, NIP, Regon, number of the relevant register,

b) information received by correspondence,

c) information collected in surveys, questionnaires - it is not mandatory to complete them,

d) information about customer orders,

e) information on the way the website is used, the User's device IP, data on the operating system, browser used - to improve the quality of the Store's services.

6. The collected data are stored at the headquarters of the Personal Data Administrator and may be transferred, stored and processed in Poland and in a third country. All collected information is stored on secured servers, and all payments are encrypted using SSL.

7. The Store may use the collected information in particular to:

a) presenting the contents of the Store in the most appropriate way for customers,

b) enabling Customers to use the Store and to conclude, implement and settle contracts concluded through the Store,

c) enforce the provisions of the Regulations,

d) ongoing contact with clients to inform about changes,

e) personalizing the services offered by the Store,

f) obtaining statistical information about customers by analyzing IP addresses and cookies,

g) presenting advertising forms tailored as much as possible to the client's profile,

h) informing about Store offers (newsletter), if the Customer agrees to it.

8. In order to properly perform the contract with the Customer, the Store may transfer their data on the basis of other legal relations in order to:

a) settlement of electronic payments,

b) providing accounting and legal services, etc.

c) carrying out marketing activities for the Store, to which the Customer hereby agrees.

9. Entities providing services for the Store may under no circumstances use the data obtained for their own business purposes.

10. The Store stores customer data no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the concluded contract, as well as to meet statutory requirements, in particular fiscal ones.

11. The Customer has the right to:

a) access, supplement, update, rectify, correct personal data,

b) temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion, if they are incomplete, out of date, false or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which they were collected,

c) to raise objections in cases where the processing of data is not necessary to fulfill legally justified purposes pursued by data controllers or data recipients, and the processing of data violates the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

12. The Customer may make any changes to the scope of his personal data through the chosen form of contact indicated in point IV para. 5 of the Regulations.

13. The data administrator reserves the right to refuse to delete the Customer's data if their retention is necessary for the performance of the contract or if required by applicable law. The store may leave in the collection the first or last name of the person and the PESEL number or address in order to avoid re-using that person's data for the purposes of the opposition.

14. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, which requires acceptance before concluding a contract with the Store.
